		<description>Reminds me of tofu dogs and all the other attempts to make soy morph into familiar meat items. It's only good when you fix it for what it is and in ways that fit the actual food, typically Asian dishes. Odd cultural thing, that whole hot dog/hamburger-ization of tofu.</description>
